When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched from the EU within 24-48 hours (working days).

Delivery within 5 to 15 working days. 

There may be delays during vacation periods, we thank you for your understanding.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We can modify the order before shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if something goes wrong.

What should I do if I've received the wrong item?

Please take clear photos of ALL the stickers on the outer packaging, we'll do our best to solve the problem.

My order is incomplete. What should I do?

We can pack more than one parcel, if you only receive part of your order, please wait for the rest or contact us for other tracking numbers. Thank you for your attention.

Do you provide a warranty?

Manufacturers offer a 5-year warranty for LED horticultural lighting.
