• horticultural accessories

Crop performance depends on many external factors and cannot be guaranteed by CHILLROAD GrowShop.

4. Price

Prices are quoted in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Prices may be changed at any time prior to order confirmation.

5. Order

Any confirmed order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The order constitutes an electronic contract in accordance with Article 1127-2 of the Civil Code.

6. Payment

Accepted means:
• Credit card
• PayPal
• Payment in installments (subject to availability)

Payment due immediately.

7. Availability

If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer is informed immediately and may request:
• a replacement
• a refund within a maximum of 14 days

8. Delivery

Shipping method

CHILLROAD GrowShop ships all orders from warehouses located within the European Union via its European logistics partners, ensuring fast delivery times and reliable tracking.

• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days
• Maximum legal deadline: 30 days (Directive 2011/83/EU)

9. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days upon receipt.

Returns

Returns are made according to the instructions provided by CHILLROAD GrowShop after the customer's request.
Returns are handled by CHILLROAD GrowShop, regardless of where the product was originally shipped from.

Return shipping costs

At the customer's expense (standard legal model in the EU).

• consumables

• products that are likely to deteriorate quickly

10. Legal warranties

Legal warranty of conformity (2 years)

Directive (EU) 2019/771, Consumer Code L217-3 et seq.

Warranty against hidden defects

Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.

Requests may be processed by CHILLROAD GrowShop or, as applicable, by the relevant suppliers.
These disclaimers do not apply to statutory warranties.

11. Liability

CHILLROAD declines all responsibility in the event of:
• misuse of equipment
• incorrect installation
• indirect damages
• crop losses

These disclaimers do not apply to legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects.

12. Force majeure

CHILLROAD GrowShop cannot be held liable for breach of contract in cases of force majeure (Article 1218 of the Civil Code).

13. Personal data

Processing in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

Data controller: Blanchet Trade Solutions.
Data collected: identity, address, email, phone number, IP address, order history.
Purposes: ordering, billing, delivery, customer service.

Cookie consent is collected via Complianz, in compliance with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

15. Intellectual property

All content on this website is protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

16. Mediation and disputes

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, consumers may refer the matter to a mediator free of charge after first submitting a written complaint to support@chill-road.com.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning "the mediation process for consumer disputes," after contacting us and failing to receive a satisfactory response, you have the option of resorting to a free consumer mediation procedure with the mediator designated below.
