Pre-orders: If the product title is marked “Pre-order,” shipping will generally occur within 2 weeks or according to the ETA provided.

Shipping and tracking

• Delivery companies: DHL, GLS, DPD, or other reliable couriers (shipping within 24 business hours, except for pre-orders)
• Estimated delivery time: 5 to 15 business days (Germany: 2 to 5 days)
• Tracking: Tracking number sent by email upon shipment
• Shipping costs: Calculated & displayed during checkout (free for orders over €89).
• Multiple packages: Several items may arrive in separate packages.
